Smug Pugs is a small HOBBY show kennel with an average population of 5 or 6 actively showing/in training Pugs at any given time.
All of my Pugs are family members and live, play, eat, and sleep with me. I breed ONLY to produce MY next generation of show
prospects - rarely more than 1 or 2 litters a year - and strive to produce sound, healthy Pugs tested clear of genetic defects

While I do show and breed some fawns, my first love is - and always will be - the BLACKS and my primary goal is to produce sound,
healthy, well-adjusted black Pugs with the same exquisite type and quality as the best fawn Pugs in the show-ring today
